Renew your health through a foundations-first approach.
Rediscovering Health Through Nutritional Therapy
In a world of quick fixes and fad diets, true health can feel out of reach. But what if the answer isn't in the latest trend - and instead in understanding your own body?
Your body is always communicating through energy, digestion, mood, sleep, and subtle symptoms. My role is to help you interpret those signals and address what's happening at the root.
Nutritional therapy isn't about restrictions or one-size-fits-all plans. It's a personalized process of discovering how food, stress, sleep, and lifestyle influence your unique biology - and translating that insight into practical, sustainable changes.
Whether you are navigating digestive issues, hormone imbalances like PCOS, fatigue, or blood sugar swings - or simply want to feel more steady and resilient - this work supports your body as an interconnected system.
Hanna Durand, MS, NTP
As an NTA Certified Nutritional Therapist, I don't simply chase symptoms. Instead, I use them as a guide to support the root cause of your health concerns. Together, we'll create a personalized roadmap to help bring your body back in balance.
What is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP)?
A NTP is a nutrition professional trained to support health through foundational nutrition and lifestyle education.
NTPs focus on how food and daily habits affect core body systems such as digestion, blood sugar balance, stress response, sleep, and energy levels.
NTPs use bio-individualized approach, meaning recommendations are tailored to the individual rather than one-size-fits-all.
Please note: NTPs provide education and wellness support. NTPs do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or replace medical care. All recommendations are non-medical and designed to complement your existing treatment plan.
